What's new
- A cleaner workspace beside your conversations: In Chrome, Grais opens as a side panel next to the page you are using, so you can keep guidance, drafts, memory, and reasoning visible while you work through a real conversation.
- More reliable conversation context: Grais is better at staying attached to the conversation you are actually viewing, even when you move between tabs, channels, or reopened browser sessions.
- Better help in messaging workflows: The product experience is now more focused on the work users come to Grais for: understanding the thread, remembering relevant context, planning the next move, and preparing replies with human approval.
- Clearer account activation: New signups and inactive accounts now see a direct account access flow instead of ambiguous waitlist language.
- Self-serve billing: Paid users can review subscription status, find invoices when available, and manage subscriptions through the account billing page.
- More useful research and product guidance: The public site and research library now explain Grais with clearer conversation examples, stronger summaries, and easier discovery paths.
Why it matters
- You can keep Grais open while reading, deciding, and replying instead of switching away from the conversation.
- Grais is less likely to lose track of the thread you meant to work on when several conversations or browser tabs are open.
- Reply drafting and planning feel more connected to the conversation in front of you.
- Account status is easier to understand: activate, continue, or manage billing from the right place.
- Teams evaluating Grais get a clearer picture of the core capability: memory, reasoning, planning, and execution inside real conversations.
Try it out
- Open Chrome and click the Grais toolbar icon. Grais should open beside the tab you are using.
- Open a supported conversation and ask Grais to help understand the thread, plan the next move, or prepare a reply.
- Move between conversations and tabs, then return to Grais. It should be clearer which conversation you are working with.
- Start from Get started and confirm the flow takes you toward signup and account activation.
- If you are evaluating a team workflow, read How to Qualify the Operating Constraint Before Proposing the Workflow so the browser, context, owner, and handoff assumptions are visible before the plan is tailored.
- If the side panel is helping a team turn a plan into action, read How to Name the Decision Gate Before Assigning Work before owners and deadlines are assigned.
- If a one-off workaround worked once inside the conversation, read How to Name the Rollback Trigger Before a Workaround Spreads before the shortcut becomes the default path.
- If you already have access, open Account -> Billing to review subscription status or launch the Stripe billing portal.
- Browse /research and scan the latest articles for compact summaries, answer prompts, and stronger related-article paths.
Behind the scenes
- The Chrome extension now uses a more durable side-panel workspace for the main Grais experience.
- Conversation state is handled more carefully so Grais can recover and reconnect to the right browser context.
- The activation and billing flows now share a clearer account-state model.
- Research pages have stronger metadata, related-article paths, and summaries so guidance is easier to browse and cite.
