Terms of Service for Grais

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Grais, currently offered as a Chrome Extension and soon as a web, desktop, or mobile application ("the App"). By accessing or using Grais, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the App.

1. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Grais in a lawful, responsible, and respectful manner. You must not:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights, privacy, or intellectual property of others
  • Use Grais to generate or disseminate content that is harmful, deceptive, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise abusive
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, tamper with, or otherwise misuse any part of Grais, including bypassing usage limits or accessing non-public features

2. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App, its features, or availability, at any time and without prior notice. Grais Technologies is not liable for any disruption, data loss, or business or reputational impact resulting from such changes.

3. User Accounts & Security

Certain features of Grais may require account registration. If you create an account, you agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Take full responsibility for all activity occurring under your account
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach

4. Data & Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. We are committed to responsible data practices, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using Grais, you consent to the data handling described there.

Business users may request and sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to ensure compliance with the GDPR and other regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Grais—including but not limited to its name, design, codebase, branding, and content—are owned by Grais Technologies or its licensors. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
  • Use our branding without written permission
  • Interfere with the App's operation or access its source code

6. Limitations of Liability

Our company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App
  2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
  3. Any content obtained from the App
  4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

You understand and agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk and that the App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have an issue, please contact us at hello@grais.app first — we believe most matters can be resolved informally.

If a formal dispute arises, it will be governed by the laws of Poland and resolved in the competent courts of Warsaw, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page, and significant updates may be communicated via the App. By continuing to use Grais after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
