Is there a free trial available for Grais?
Grais supports a free access tier (usage limits apply) and an active Pro plan upgrade path.
- Free access: join the waitlist and complete onboarding once approved.
- Pro access: open /pricing and start checkout for immediate paid activation.
Are there any discounts for annual subscriptions?
The current Pro offering is monthly billing only.
Annual pricing/discounts are not available in the current rollout.
How do I manage payment methods, cancellations, or invoices?
If your account already has a paid Grais billing relationship, open /account/billing while signed in.
- Use Manage subscription to open the Stripe-hosted billing portal.
- Recent hosted invoice links can appear directly on the billing page when Stripe returns them.
- If you do not have an active billable relationship yet, use /pricing to start one safely.
